After a lot of calls and a visit to the EE shop; I finally have the ability to make and receive calls once again!!
My apologies for any inconvenience caused, and anyone that has attempted to contact me, to no avail! I am now back up and running as normal!

Hello all,
Unfortunately my phone is unable to make or receive calls currently due to a technical difficulty at EE’s end.
I am in contact with EE daily at the moment in order to try and resolve this very inconvenient and frustrating issue.
However until this is resolved, I am only able to send and receive TEXTS, so if you do require me, please text and I will help as much as I can.
