Akrapovič still has a solution available for the moment —and as you can hear from the video, it makes a serious difference to the character of the naturally aspirated V10.

We’ve been running this Akrapovič titanium exhaust system on our own R8 for over three years, giving us plenty of real-world experience with the system.

It retains the factory exhaust valve control, while opening up the tone and volume of the V10 and adding more character on the overrun without taking away from what makes the R8 such a usable road car.

And it’s not just about the sound.

The wait is over for Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé and Cabriolet owners.

We’re now taking pre-orders for the new Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the C236 / A236 CLE 53.

Constructed entirely from high-grade titanium, the system saves 6.3 kg over the factory exhaust and features Akrapovič’s signature carbon-fibre and titanium tailpipes.

More importantly, it gives the CLE 53 the soundtrack to match its looks.

The valved system has been designed to remain smooth and refined during normal driving, while producing a much sportier and more engaging sound as the revs and engine load increase.

Porsche 991.2 Turbo S | PERON Stage 2 ECU & PDK 🚀

Another strong result from the 991.2 Turbo S platform.

This car arrived with all the supporting Stage 2 hardware already installed, including an upgraded intake, intercoolers and full turbo-back exhaust system.

Running on 99 RON, we completed our health checks and established a baseline with the factory ECU and PDK software before installing our fully developed PERON Stage 2 ECU & PDK calibration.

PERON Stage 2 ECU & PDK
• 682 BHP
• 700 FT-LB

That's an increase of 94 BHP and 83 FT-LB from calibration alone, using exactly the same hardware and fuel.

Even more impressive considering dyno cell temperatures were over 32°C throughout testing.

But as always, the peak figure is only part of the development.

With 700 FT-LB available, how the torque is delivered is just as important as how much the engine produces. Rather than chasing maximum boost or an aggressive low-down torque figure, our calibration focuses on progressive torque delivery and a smooth, linear throttle response.

This gives the driver much greater control of the available performance, particularly at smaller throttle openings, while still delivering substantially stronger acceleration throughout the rev range.

Our accompanying PDK calibration removes the relevant factory torque limitations, allowing the engine and transmission to work together correctly while retaining the shift quality and drivability Porsche intended.

682 BHP and 700 FT-LB in 32°C+ conditions.

Substantially quicker, but still predictable, controllable and usable—the way a properly calibrated Turbo S should be.

We're looking forward to seeing what it produces when the UK weather cools down!

What a weekend! 🔥

We had a fantastic time at Boxengasse Megaphonics 2026, supporting Litchfield Motors and showcasing the Akrapovič brand.

The event brought together an incredible selection of performance and supercars, with plenty of amazing machinery on display throughout the weekend. More importantly, it was great to catch up with existing customers, meet new enthusiasts, and chat with dealers from across the industry.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat—it was great talking all things performance, exhaust systems and Akrapovič.

No nonsense TikTok... just pure V10 noise. 🔊🔥

We recently had the pleasure of working on another one of Tom's cars from .barn If you don't already follow him, go and check out his page for some incredible supercar content.

This time it was his Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato.

The brief was simple...

More noise.

With just 61 miles on the clock and still under manufacturer warranty, the goal was to keep the factory emissions system intact and avoid any ECU calibration.

The solution? A Novitec Power Optimised Exhaust System.

Retaining the factory tailpipes, the Novitec system replaces the restrictive rear exhaust, giving the naturally aspirated V10 the soundtrack it always deserved—deeper, louder and with a few extra crackles on the overrun.

There's no better compliment than a returning customer. 👌

Having recently entrusted us with the installation of an Akrapovič Slip-On on his 992.2 GT3, Wolfie was back again—this time with his stunning Porsche 718 Boxster 25 Years Edition GTS 4.0 for our Stage 2 ECU Calibration.

The 25 Years Edition is already a special car. Powered by Porsche's naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six, it shares its DNA with the GT4, making it one of the last true analogue sports cars Porsche has built.

After carrying out our usual health checks and establishing a baseline, we fitted a set of over-axle pipes before developing the Stage 2 calibration.

Completely Standard
• 402 BHP
• 328 FT-LB

PERON Stage 2 ECU + Over-Axle Pipes
• 444 BHP (+42 BHP)
• 344 FT-LB (+16 FT-LB)

The gains are impressive, but the real transformation is in how the car drives.

Unlike the GT4, Porsche limits the GTS by progressively closing the electronic throttle at higher engine speeds and using a lower rev limiter. Our calibration restores full throttle operation, adopts the factory GT4 rev limit and optimises the engine calibration to make the most of the improved exhaust flow.

The result is an engine that revs more freely, pulls harder all the way to the limiter and feels exactly as the GTS should have from the factory.

Combined with the over-axle pipes, the naturally aspirated flat-six gains the soundtrack to match its performance without compromising the drivability that makes these cars so rewarding on the road.

A huge thank you to Wolfie for choosing PERON once again—we hope this is every bit as enjoyable as the GT3.

Porsche 971.2 Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid | Stage 1 ECU & PDK Calibration ⚡🏁

Another impressive result from this 2020 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid on the dyno.

Powered by Porsche's 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and hybrid system, the Turbo S E-Hybrid is already an incredibly capable platform. While the car was with us, we also installed an Akrapovič cat-back exhaust, retaining the factory downpipes and emissions system. The result is a much richer V8 soundtrack while remaining fully emissions compliant.

Following our health checks, we established a baseline before installing our PERON Stage 1 ECU & PDK Calibration, developed through extensive dyno, road and track testing across the EA825 platform found in Porsche, Audi, Bentley and Lamborghini models.

• 704 FT-LB

PERON Stage 1 ECU & PDK
• 825 BHP (+129 BHP)
• 823 FT-LB (+119 FT-LB)

The numbers are impressive, but peak power has never been our only goal.

Our calibration focuses on delivering smooth, repeatable torque throughout the rev range while maintaining the refinement expected from a Porsche. Alongside the ECU software, our proven PDK calibration removes the factory torque limitations, allowing the gearbox to make full use of the additional power without compromising drivability.

The result is a Panamera that feels effortless to drive, pulling harder from any speed while remaining every bit as smooth and civilised as it was from the factory.

825 BHP and 823 FT-LB from a luxury four-door saloon is remarkable—but what really stands out is how OEM the whole package feels.

A great day at the track with some seriously loud machinery. 🏁🔥

Yesterday we had the pleasure of supporting Swift Performance at one of their unrestricted noise limit track days at Donington Park. It was the perfect opportunity to showcase both sides of PERON—our performance distribution and performance engineering—all in one place.

On the distribution side, we were displaying products from our partner Akrapovic Exhaust System across our two demo vehicles: a BMW G87 M2 and an Audi R8, both equipped with Akrapovič exhaust systems.

A huge thank you to the team at Swift Performance for having us. Unrestricted noise days are becoming increasingly rare, so it's great to see enthusiasts still able to enjoy their cars as they were intended.

It was also great catching up with companies including Motormilk, Nitron Suspension, Infinity design, and sharing a garage with the team at MMX Performance.

On the engineering side, we took the opportunity to shake down one of our latest projects—a KTM X-BOW running ourNortech Performance Precision Turbo 55mm turbo kit. The fabrication, installation and ECU calibration were all completed in-house, with boost control handled by our partner Turbosmart using their GenV 45mm wastegate.

A huge thank you also to Dirk TVS Engineering for supplying the motorsport DQ250 patch, allowing high-RPM downshifts and giving the car the edge it needed on circuit.

With temperatures reaching 26°C, an incredible selection of cars and excellent driving standards throughout the day, it was an event we'll definitely be attending again.
