Friday again!!

This lovely Q5 visited us with a leaking water pump. Our customer opted for genuine parts on this job. A new timing belt kit and water pump along with a new auxiliary belt whilst we were in there.

We then had a well maintained Audi A4 in for a timing belt kit. Along with a full service and a new thermostat.

We cover all makes and models.

A very well looked after Bmw 630d in for a new intake manifold. Came in for a diagnostic check due to an engine management light. All faults were linked to the swirl flap system, which we know can be a regular problem on these vehicles.

Audi Q3 in for a full health restore✅

This vehicle visited us for quite a few jobs completed within the day with all genuine Audi parts.

- Full service (Engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter & cabin filter)
On all our servicing we do our usual checks around the vehicle to ensure this vehicle is safe, along with checking all fluids and tyre pressures.

- Timing belt and water pump replacement

- Haldex service. Oil replaced, along with the haldex pump removed, (which is the main part of this job) missed by many people when servicing these quattro systems. As you can see the pump and pump filter block up over time and require thorough cleaning. Stripped and cleaned and re-fitted. Avoiding this job can cause all sorts of issues with your 4wd if not maintained. Values reset with VCDS and the haldex pump run for 60 seconds.

Just a few jobs we’ve had in this week.

Fiat 595 abarth in for a random cylinder misfire. Turned out to be x2 hydraulic valve lifters to have seized inside the camshaft carrier. Replaced lifters, new timing belt kit and service & back running perfectly.

Ford Focus in for it’s wet belt replacing along with a full service while we were at it. All genuine parts from ford used as always.

Renault Captur in with an engine management light on also in limp mode. This were due to a blocked exhaust pressure pipe. Pipe un-blocked and a DPF regeneration got this car back to running how it should.

Vw tiguan dsg in for the dreaded mesage on the dash gearbox in emergency mode

This is a common fault with a lot of the vw range due to the mechatronics unit failing we can remove this part and send away for a full repair with upgraded parts at a fraction of the cost of replacing the unit we also service the gearbox and reset all settings on the gearbox give us a mesage

Peugeot 2008 in for what Im sure you can guess… WET BELT🤣

This is all we seem to post recently but it’s a really common job we get through the door.

This engine is found in quite a few makes of cars which include mainly Citreon/DS, Vauxhall and Peugeot.

These jobs start from ONLY £400 supplied and fitted which includes engine oil and oil filter replaced!! Models vary so please get in touch with your registration for a specific quote.
