You may be asked for a non refundable deposit depending on the work to be carried out or the area that we are travelling to you will be advised on quotation. You confirm that your vehicle has been maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommended service plan includes all service schedule parts. You the customer are happy to allow rapid remaps to carry out the work requ

ested at your own risk and any part failures after any work carried out rapid remaps doesn't accept any liability for part failures other than the ecu software on the ecu which carry's a lifetime warranty. We will always carry out a full diagnostic health check on arrival any codes stored will be advised to the customer depending on what the codes are we may be able to carry out the work asked and other times we will advise for the vehicle to be fixed first. When a remap has been carried out and the customer takes it for a software update at there request or not this will wipe the work we have done on the ecu and would have to be re-done again at full cost as it will be a different software that has been flashed with different software numbers to previously on hence the need to start over again. We are not liable for software updates not carried out by rapid remaps. If on arrival we find that your vehicle has already been tuned then there will be a charge of £20 to cover any costs if we do not carry out any work. We will always carry out work asked for to the best and highest standards we will never tune a vehicle to unsafe levels or beyond its capabilities.
