We are looking for another member to join our small friendly team. Tasks include maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles makes and models. The position is open to both fully trained vehicle technicians and apprentices with a good drive for work and learning. Hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri with occasional option for overtime, applicant must be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, a good team player, trust worthy with a keen focus on quality. Salary dependant on experience, trainee salary starts and up depending on experience, fully trained salary @ 30k and up depending on experience. Air conditioning system leak we found today from the pressure sensor connection on a Vauxhall insignia using our nitrogen test kit. We had tried to recover the system to find it empty so we pressurised the system with nitrogen to carry out a quick check of the system which revealed a drop in pressure over time. on further investigation the leak was found 🫧 🫧 🫧

A quick post on why we fit quality parts. This vehicle came to us after having a cheap alternator fitted. The alternator looked correct and was charging the vehicles battery. But using our oscilloscope we found it wasn’t compatible with the vehicles communication network causing the battery fault light to illuminate. A genuine Ford alternator was fit and all was well. All the cheap part had done was waste money, cause stress and kept the vehicle off the road for longer than necessary.
