Surprising amount of work required to fit a new exhaust manifold gasket.
Blocked pressure pipe also sorted while everything was down & out.
All back & running now as it should

Nothing like a Ranger wetbelt.
You could not imagine it just how much work is involved on doing a timingbelt in one of these.
Still cheaper than a new engine that's for sure.
All replaced using genuine ford parts.
Don't leave your timing belt until it's too late.
This one had good service history & it showed on the belt. It was just starting to deteriorate when we changed it.

Please note to get to my workshop, you can only access me from Barnham end of the road.
This is due to Barnham Lane being shut just before the sharp bend if you were heading up to Walberton.

Just a quick update on new opening hrs.
I will be open 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri expect on Thursdays where it will be 10am to 6pm.
Saturdays by appointment only.

New spring & control arms all fitted & back on the road.

Amazed that this vehicle drove in.
The clutch plate itself is missing the friction material on one side. Very lucky the damage was on the pressure plate & not the flywheel.
As a result a new clutch kit fitted & back on the road same day.
Got an issue, then go get it checked out.

Thank you everyone for your very kind words through this difficult time.
I will be returning to work this week. I will unfortunately need to take some time off in the coming weeks, but for those days, I will contact & arrange alternate days where I can.
