A huge thanks to everyone who took part in our Future ready customer service training course, in association with # and . The Bespoke event was a massive success and it seems many things were gained by all . All attendees were pleased to receive their fancy certificates. Massive thank you to Mike Smallbone of for the engaging delivery of the course. Many thanks also to Jeremy Tollman and John Rawlins for flying the flag. Along with Myles Pemberton from .marketing for his great presentation on digital marketing for garages. Again D Ward Automotive showing that the personal touch and going the extra mile for customers really makes a difference and can everyone involved.
