The fidget spinners have really taken off(!!) here at Allspares and we have really enjoyed meeting all our new customers who have come in to purchase one or 2 (Or 3 in some cases!), and partaken in buying some of the large selection of sweets and goods we also have available in store!

Shrove Tuesday (also known in Commonwealth countries as Pancake Tuesday or Pancake day) is the day in February or March immediately preceding Ash Wednesday (the first day of Lent), which is celebrated in some countries by consuming pancakes. In others, especially those where it is called Mardi Gras or some translation thereof, this is a carnival day, and also the last day of "fat eating" or "gorging" before the fasting period of Lent.

A bit of info before you come in and buy your pancake ingredients! Why wait until Pancake day to enjoy this lovely treat? Come on in and purchase all the ingredients you could possibly need!
