When sending parts out with couriers it doesn’t always go to plan, they can get damaged, lost or in most cases delayed. You’ll find when buying parts with us if you’re unlucky enough to have either of these occur just how hard we try to keep you updated and find the best possible solution. This customers parcel left us when it was suppose to on a 24hr service but took 3 working days to get to him, but with us working with him to keep him informed he was still a happy customer, which is exactly what we aim for 😁🚗.

Not quite so sure how I would feel if my neighbour decided to have a go at painting my car 😳. It’s a good job this couple decided to bring their cars to us to remove every spec of unwanted paint 😀, followed by an MOT, brake fluid flush, oil leak fix, 2 new shocks and an oil top up for the Corsa. Yet again 2 very happy customers ready for the weekend.

This was one of the first cars we sold about a year ago, came in for an a minor service and MOT. It really was great to have a returning customer and of course he loves the car which flew straight threw its MOT with no advisories thanks to our pre sale preparation. 😀
