I had a van that was not starting today. The source of the problem was a faulty starter solenoid. Once the new unit was fitted I tested the charge rate of the alternator and found it to be reading 12.8V. Any decent charge rate should be at least 14 -14.75V. After the new alternator was fitted it was reading a healthy 14V on the button. For any queries feel free to contact me on 07730000790.

As you can see there was not much left to the old bearing. This can happen when the dust covers get damaged and let grit and dirt in with the bearing. It eventually wears and cause major affects to the handling of the bike. All parts replaced were genuine Honda parts. For any repairs like this or any queries. Got to work on something a little different today. Repaired wiring and fitted new fairings and indicators to this lovely Suzuki GSXF 650. When I cot to the bike all I had was a naked fram and some bolts. Customer was very happy with the progress the bike made in such a short time and is nearly ready for the MOT.

Called out to a customers house to carry out a free vehicle health check. Found the oil level to be at the minimum and the expansion/coolant tank to be nearly empty too. All levels sorted in about ten minutes including all the lights checked along with all the tyres too. Very happy customer being safe on the road again.
