This secondary catalytic converter was so blocked on this customers car that it wouldn’t even run at idle. With a quick clean on our DPF machine the car was back to running perfectly again and ready to get back on the road.

High mileage BMW 1 series in today with a blocked DPF full of ash from years of regeneration cycles, we removed the DPF cleaned and dried it with our machine and replaced the worn flexi joint. Diagnostic readings all back to normal and vehicle good to go again.

Jaguar in with an exhaust leak, it turned out to be because the dpf was so blocked the exhaust was forcing gases out through any joints it could. We removed the DPF cleaned and dried it with our machine, refitted it and the exhaust stopped leaking and Dpf differential pressure readings were back to normal.

Another Ford in with a Dpf light on, high differential pressure readings due to a failed vaporiser! We removed the DPF cleaned and dried it with our machine, fitted a new vaporiser and the vehicle was back to full power, lights out on the dash and Dpf pressure readings back to normal.
