Customer Service Advisor required for busy Banbury based garage. Previous experience in a front of house / customer service role is essential. Full training will be given, however knowledge of Sage systems will be an advantage, as is a knowledge of the motor trade industry.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, conscientious and eager to learn. Excellent people skills, a positive attitude and the the ability to build positive customer relations is essential - your people skills will also be exemplary. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will follow this through to completion, which includes arranging collections, invoicing and payment, excellent spoken and written english is a must. The ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands is required, as is good knowledge of IT software such as MS Office.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
Diary management – booking in vehicles and allocating appropriate time slots
Answering all calls & emails relating to customer queries
Providing quotes for jobs both online and via phone / email
Raising invoices and taking payment for completed jobs
Parts ordering for upcoming jobs
Basic admin / organisation for filing of invoices and all related parts paper work
Occasional pick-up / drop off of customer cars when required (full, clean driving license is essential for this role)

Salary 17-21K DOE. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. We offer 20 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) a year and generous discount on servicing and car maintenance / repair.
