Cfi offer cutting and machining facilities for aluminium extrusion including mitre cutting, CNC machining and routing, drilling, punching and radiusing. Cfi are able to
shotblast steel and can apply zinc or aluminium metal to the steel product by way of the Metallisation arc spray method. This is superior to galvanising and provides an excellent key for subsequent decorative coatings and results in long life performance of the component. Cfi offer many different finishes including anti bacterial, anti microbial, low friction,
ultra thin, anti graffiti, paint spraying/coating of pvcu and many more. Cfi offer a whole range of metal finishing services including shotblasting, chromate and phosphate pretreatments, zinc phosphate primers, powder coating and wet paint spray including non stick PVDF finishes using the Duranar system. Cfi have been serving a variety of markets for over 30 years, including architectural and marine, windows, doors and cladding, aluminium extrusion and sheet, office ceiling and partitions, drylining trims, tubes, shower units, shelving and shopfitting, fencing and balustrades. Cfi also service automotive trades for wheels, frames and chassis.
