Yes I know this isn’t a PASS pic. But most of my clients know that I’m a big Aston Villa fan and have been most of my life - even though I was born in Bristol. My registration plate on my Renault Clio reads PA55 UTV. I think we all know what the PA55 stands for: PASS!! The UTV stands for Up The Villa!! So my plate represents two of my passions - helping learners to PASS their driving tests. And Aston Villa football club. This is me pictured in May 2026 with the Aston Villa captain and Scottish international John McGinn. Less than a week after this picture was taken Super John McGinn (as we Villa fans know him) lifted Aston Villa’s first European trophy in over 40 years. It was a proud moment.

And each time one of my clients passes their driving test it’s a proud moment for me. Not everyone who passes wishes to have their picture taken and be entered into my Facebook Hall of Fame. And of course I respect that. However I must give a shout out this week to one of my clients (Lara) who passed her test in Banbury yesterday with ZERO minor driving faults. An impeccable drive. Well done Lara. I’m sadly unable to post your picture. But I can happily post about your performance. 😊😊
