🏁 MEET THE CREWS – RALLYE LECALE 2026 🏁

As the countdown continues, we're shining the spotlight on another two familiar faces who will be taking on the Carryduff Forklift Rallye Lecale.

This time it's Andrew Bushe and co-driver Geraldine McBride – two hugely respected names in local rallying with decades of experience between them.

From championship victories and unforgettable rally moments to favourite rally cars, pre-stage rituals and even the all-important bacon bap debate, their profiles give a fun insight into the personalities behind the helmets.

Andrew and Geraldine have enjoyed success across Ireland and beyond, and we're delighted to welcome them to Downpatrick on 25th July.

🏁 LOCAL LEGENDS. 🏁

As we count down to the Carryduff Forklift Rallye Lecale, we're getting to know some of the crews who'll be taking on the famous County Down stages.

This time, it's two well-known local competitors, Fintan McGrady and Dean Beckett.

From favourite rally cars and unforgettable moments to bacon bap preferences and a friendly debate over who would win at Trivial Pursuit, it's a great insight into two drivers who have spent decades enjoying the sport they love.

One thing's for sure—they'll both be aiming for a strong result when the flag drops in Downpatrick on 25th July! 🏁

Jonny Greer and Niall Burns pulled out all the stops on Loughgall's final stage to keep the hard-charging Sam Moffett at bay.

Less than a second separated the two crews heading into the decider but a perfect run through Springhill ensured it was the Toyota Yaris Rally2 that claimed top Brown & Brown NI Rally Championship points with a start-to-finish Loughgall Stages Rally victory!
