🗣customer complaint: car coolant temperature is over heating on drives. No one wants to fix.

✅️traced over heating to coolant pump. Customer stated was replaced 2months ago. As you can see in pictures who ever fitted the pump didn't follow audis instructions. Causing the pump to eat itself. Replaced tested all ok.

🗣customer complaint: eml on dash down in power.

✅️traced eml fault to egr stuck open. Fitted blank plate and carried out new sw. Tested all ok.

🗣customer complaint: noise from cold start.

✅️ traced noise on cold Start to fan belt tensioner and belt wore. Replaced tested all ok

🗣customer complaint: check over, gearbox oil, coolant change, service and glow plus replaced.

✅️carries out all work as customer requests. Have to say its the cleanest jetta around with only low 40k on it.

✅️traced noise to rear pads. Heads up only mg has and just under £100 for pads.

🗣customer complaint clutch pedal going to floor intermittently and a Check over.

✅️ checked clutch system over found split in clutch pipe.

✅️check over done. Customer wanted timing belt, water pump and both front arms replaced. Tested all ok.
