We are now taking bookings for October.
Can I remind customers of the importance of making an appointment. Servicing and repairing cars is a consuming task that requires focus. Dealing with customer requests and queries affects my schedule big time! People that have made appointments will take priority! Please no drop ins!
Any requests, please be patient! I am the bookkeeper, cleaner, parts advisor, accounts manager and mechanic all in one. Time management is very important to me!
Saying that, not all things go according to plan! Sometimes a job that was planned in for a 2 hour slot ends up needing 8 hours. This happens often and time isn’t easy found in an already chaotic schedule.
I hate to refuse as this often offends, but to make things work this is how it has to be moving forward.
I trust you all understand and can accept how we do business in the future!
