We are Northern Irelands largest multi franchise dealer, we are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and top-quality products.Due to expansion we are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Parts & After Sales Adviser.

🏍️Role Overview🏍️
This is a customer-facing role where you will assist customers with motorcycle parts, accessories, and aftersales services. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase through to aftercare.

❗️Key Responsibilities❗️
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online with parts and accessory enquiries
Identify and source correct motorcycle parts using catalogues and systems
Manage parts orders, stock control, and inventory levels
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
Support the workshop with parts supply and service bookings
Provide aftersales support, including warranty queries and customer follow-ups
Maintain a clean and organised parts department

❗️Skills & Experience Required❗️
Strong interest or experience in motorcycles (essential)
Previous retail or parts advisor experience (preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good organisational and IT skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

The Wee Blue Rascal That Thinks It’s a Superbiker

I test rode the Honda MSX125 Grom from Ballymena Honda’s NW200 merch stand, and honestly, I’m convinced this bike was designed for people who enjoy chaos, attention, and the occasional accidental wheelie.

In blue, it looks like a Skittle with an attitude problem.
With the Lextek exhaust, it sounds like a tiny dragon clearing its throat.
And with me a 5’5” woman it becomes a mobile comedy show that somehow still turns heads from riders on bikes three times the size.

💙 First Impressions:

I swung a leg over it and immediately felt like the bike whispered,
“Don’t worry love, I’ve got you.”

Both feet flat on the ground.
No tiptoes.
No wobbling.
No praying to the gods of balance in front of a crowd of NW200 spectators.

Confidence level: unlocked.

🔊 The Lextek Exhaust: Pops, Growls, and Pure Mischief

This exhaust does NOT behave.
It pops, it crackles, it growls, and it absolutely makes big‑bike riders snap their necks around like they’ve just heard a firework go off behind them.

One lad on a 1000cc superbike actually turned, looked, and squinted like,
“Who’s making that noise?”
Surprise: it was me. On a 125.
Living my best life.

🌊 The North Coast Test Ride:

Portrush

The Grom zipped through traffic like it had somewhere important to be probably the chippy.
Every corner felt playful, like the bike was daring me to misbehave.

Portstewart

Along the Strand, the wee blue menace echoed off the walls with every pop from the Lextek.
I felt like a celebrity.
A very small, very loud celebrity.

Coleraine

Roundabouts became my personal playground.
The bike flicks side to side like it’s made of helium and enthusiasm.

⚙️ Specs (a.k.a. Why This Wee Thing Is So Much Fun):

• Engine: 124.9cc air‑cooled single
• Power: Around 9.7 hp (small but mighty)
• Gearbox: 5‑speed
• Seat Height: ~761 mm (perfect for us fun‑sized riders)
• Weight: About 103 kg (light enough to move with one hand and a bit of sass)
• Fuel Economy: Ridiculously good it sips petrol like it’s on a diet
• Top Speed: Enough to get you grinning, not enough to get you arrested

😄 Fun Factor: Off the Charts

This bike is pure joy.
It’s the kind of fun that makes you laugh inside your helmet.
The kind of fun that makes you take the long way home.
The kind of fun that makes you consider buying matching leathers just because the bike deserves it.

It’s not about speed… it’s about vibes.
And the vibes?
Immaculate.
