Completed Alloy Wheel Renovation (Diamond Cut Removal & OEM‑Style Finish)
Another set of alloy wheels completed, this time with a major upgrade — full removal of the original Diamond Cut finish.
This step is worth highlighting, as Diamond Cut is often the cause of peeling, corrosion and repeated repairs.
After stripping all layers down to bare metal, the wheels were prepared for a transition to a colour-matched OEM style, keeping the factory look while offering far better durability in everyday conditions.
The final coating was applied evenly and sealed with 2K clear coat for long‑lasting gloss and protection.

All layers of old paint were fully removed from both the front and rear sides of the wheels to ensure a perfectly clean and uniform surface for the new finish.
Every bit of kerb damage was repaired, the surface was levelled, and the wheels were professionally prepped for refinishing.
A fresh, even final coat was applied and sealed with two layers of 2K clear coat for high gloss, protection and long‑term durability.

The customer chose a clean OEM grey‑silver look, perfectly matching the original factory style but with far better long‑term durability.

Another set of BMW alloy wheels completed, and the result looks spot‑on.
The customer decided to change the original black finish to a two‑tone style, designed to mimic the look of Diamond Cut – but without any of its disadvantages.
All kerb damage was repaired, the surface was levelled, and the wheels were fully prepped for the new coating.
Then came the precise application of the two‑colour design, creating a clean contrast and a sharp “cut” effect.
Everything was sealed with two layers of high‑quality 2K clear coat for maximum gloss and durability.
The outcome?
A modern, crisp and premium look that fits the BMW perfectly.

Another set of aluminium wheels has undergone a full renovation.
We removed all layers of old paint from both the front and rear sides to ensure a perfectly clean surface ready for fresh coating.
