After being in storage over the winter, it failed to recognise the key or turn on the data display.
Corroded section of wiring loom traced and replaced.
Ready to head back to the customers caravan for the rest of the summer.

We supplied and fitted the upgraded Solas concord 13/16
The customer should see acceleration improvements and some top speed gains.
Solas impellers can be supplied for all makes and models.

Ski had performance issues and excessive smoke when running
Overfilled with oil had caused the air box to fill with oil, soaking the air filter and restricting air flow.
New air filter, air box and intake piping cleaned out.
Excess oil removed.

Customer reported the engine stopped and would not start.
We found that part of the cam pulley had broken up and jammed the timing chain causing it to break.
Engine received a full head rebuild and new timing chain kit, aswell as complete engine strip to clean out all of the broken plastic and metal.
We also replaced the badly worn jet pump wear ring.
