đź› Rover Reborn: From the Trossachs to Marrakesh
What started as a tired, rusted-out Defender is now our flagship — rebuilt, reimagined, and road-proven across 5,450 miles, from the Scottish Lowlands to the heart of North Africa.
This wasn’t just a restoration. It was a full resurrection.
We stripped it back to bare bones and rebuilt it around a brand new galvanised chassis, bulkhead, and seat box — no rust, no shortcuts, just a rock-solid foundation to last a lifetime.
Power comes from a Stage 2 remap with a popcorn limiter, giving it the grunt to cruise and the growl to grin. Supporting upgrades like a bigger intercooler, new radiator, and fresh starter motor keep it cool and confident, even under desert sun.
Coated in deep Santorini Black with panoramic wrap-around glass, it blends modern lines with classic aggression.
It rides on 18” Sawtooth wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich tyres, with Terrafirma shocks and springs soaking up every bump from mountain passes to market streets.
To match the power with control, we fitted new discs, calipers, and wheel bearings, all connected with Pioneer 4x4 stainless steel braided brake lines — precision braking that holds its nerve.
The finishing touches? A billet aluminium fuel housing by Pioneer 4x4 — built to outlast trends and terrain alike.
Then we put it to the test.
From the Trossachs to Marrakesh — and all the way back.
No trailers. No drama. Just 5,450 miles of Defender perfection.
This one doesn’t just talk the talk — it’s been there, done that, and got the sand in the chassis to prove it.
