📢 Holiday Notice – Back Open 14th July! 🏍️

Just a quick note to let all our customers know that the shop will be closed from Wednesday 24th June until Tuesday 14th July.

The vibration dampener on this front sprocket has completely disappeared.

Safe to say this bike was well overdue a new chain and sprocket kit! ⚙️🔧

A good reminder — worn drivetrain parts don’t fix themselves. Catch them early before they cause bigger (and more expensive) problems.

🔧 Workshop Breakthrough at The Motorcycle Workshop! 🔧

After countless hours in the workshop, a few cups of tea, and some “creative engineering”… we’re proud to announce we’ve finally done it.

We’ve successfully converted a 2-stroke engine into a 4-stroke — and it now exceeds 200 MPG! 😎💨 That’s right, you’ll be saving fuel while enjoying our “revolutionary” performance.

It wasn’t easy…
There was a lot of head scratching, a few questionable ideas, and at one point someone suggested just adding another piston.

But in the end, with some serious mechanical wizardry, we’ve cracked it. The engine now runs smoother, cleaner, and apparently defies several laws of physics.

We’ll be offering this revolutionary conversion service to all bikes from next week… 😉

…or maybe not.

🛞 Set of white walls fitted to these loose wheels.

With new tyres and fresh tubes installed, they’re now all set and ready to go back on the bike for the season ahead. 🏍️

🤔 Hmm… this might explain why the bike wasn’t running very well — it wasn’t getting any fuel!

A blocked fuel filter was the culprit. After fitting a fresh fuel filter and giving the tank a proper clean out, this YBR is now running like a dream again. 🏍️

While it was in, we also noticed the front brake fluid was pretty manky, so that was flushed through and replaced with fresh fluid to keep everything working as it should.

Another bike sorted and back on the road!

Sometimes you just get lucky.

😳 This one came in for a new chain and sprocket…

Safe to say it was definitely due for some attention!

All sorted and ready to go back to the customer with a new chain and sprocket fitted, the front sprocket nut properly torqued, and Loctite applied for peace of mind. 🏍️

Another bike back on the road and running as it should.
