A huge milestone ticked off! 💪

We’ve just completed a full factory-style A/C installation into the world’s first Range Rover Vogue L405 running the legendary BMW M57N engine.

Everything has been fully integrated to operate just as Land Rover intended – clean, OEM and seamless. That’s exactly how we like to do things. 👌

A lovely BMW 435d in for some well-deserved attention! 🔧🔥

The customer mentioned the gearbox was holding onto gears for far too long under load. After carrying out our checks, we found the gearbox was around 3 litres low on oil… 👀

✅ Full ZF-spec gearbox service carried out using the correct fluids and procedures.

While it was with us, we also completed a:

✅ Full engine service

Now it’s back on the road, changing gears exactly as it should and running at its absolute best. 💪

🚛💪 Even the workhorse needs some TLC!

Not every breakdown belongs to a customer… sometimes it’s one of our own that decides to throw a spanner in the works! 😅

Thankfully, we had everything on the shelf ready to get stuck in.

🚜 Renault Tractor In – No Brakes! 🚨

This Renault tractor came into the workshop with no braking performance.

After further investigation, we found that new master cylinders had recently been fitted, but unfortunately the incorrect hydraulic fluid had been used, causing the braking system to fail.

🔧 Work carried out:
✔️ New master and slave cylinders installed
✔️ Full system flushed and purged
✔️ Correct hydraulic fluid used throughout
✔️ System fully bled and tested

The result? Brakes restored and back working exactly as they should. 💪

Using the correct fluids is just as important as fitting the right parts. A simple mistake can lead to costly repairs and, more importantly, serious safety issues.

🚐 Transit in with some serious oil leaks… 💦

After further investigation, it was pretty obvious that someone had been here before… 👀👀

The customer decided not to replace the wet belt at this stage and instead wanted the leaking timing case sorted.

🔧 Work carried out:
✅ New timing case cover fitted
✅ New crankshaft oil seal installed
✅ All sealing faces thoroughly prepared and cleaned

One thing we never rush is the curing process. We always allow the sealant to cure for a full 24 hours before adding fresh oil and putting the engine back into service. It’s the small details that make the difference between a proper repair and a comeback.

Another leak sorted and another happy customer back on the road. 👌

🚗 BMW 520d Back to Full Health! 🔧💪

This BMW 520d was collected from the customer’s address after suffering from a severe oil leak and excessive oil consumption.

After a full inspection, we found multiple issues that needed addressing, including a heavily leaking rocker/valve cover and several other oil leaks.

✅ Full strip down and inspection
✅ Deep clean of the injector bores
✅ Injectors reseated with new seals
✅ Brand new turbocharger fitted
✅ Oil leaks rectified and engine thoroughly cleaned

After carrying out the repairs, the engine is now bone dry, performing exactly as it should, and back to delivering full power! 👌
