💥 Importance of Oil 💥

Oil is the lifeblood of the engine in your vehicle. Without oil, your engine would burn up and seize in a matter of seconds. Oil lubricates your engine and fights against the two biggest enemies of any motor: friction and heat. Friction and heat produce wear. Wear will eventually destroy your engine. Friction and heat degrade oil over time. This is the reason the engine oil and filter need to be replaced regularly.

Here's some photo's of a car we worked on recently that had been ran low on oil. They show first hand the damage that can occur when engine oil isn't checked or replaced regularly. An oil and filter change at as little as £40 would have saved this customer thousands on a replacement engine.

❄️ WINTER TYRES❄️

Little fact about tyres. Winter tyres and all season tyres are constructed with different type of rubber compound which contains higher percent of silica than natural rubber which allows the rubber to remain softer and perform a lot better in lower temperature whereas summer types in Lower temperatures will start to harden resulting in dramatically reduced traction.
