Jaguar I pace in for no heat in the cabin. Diagnosed as a faulty PTC heater, big job on these as involves dropping the high voltage battery. Not a problem for us as we have the correct tools and equipment for the job.

Battery removed, PTC heater installed and all back together ready to hand back to the customer.

Great felling when you find the broken wire! Heavily corroded wire causing the CAN network to have a freak out. All sorted and no more warning lights. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

This is why testing is so important. After a few garages including the main dealer saying this vehicle needed a new exhaust flap motor the customer came to use for our opinion. We able to carry out a correct assessment of the vehicle to find no power to the motor. A quick pull on the wire and the problem was obvious. All repaired and back on the road all with in the diagnostic fee.

Vauxhall Corsa in for its annual mot. Subframe heavily corroded and reducing structural integrity under braking. This is why it’s important to have your vehicle inspected every year and not every 2 years as per a proposal made by the government.
