Another vehicle today proving that correct Diagnostics is important when repairing your vehicles!

This customer unfortunately has had this caliper replaced 2x by another garage 😬 £200 a time!!

The sad truth is it didn't even need a caliper to start with! Diagnostics showed us on first scan that there was a short to positive or ground.

We quickly dived into the wiring loom leading up to the caliper and within minutes found the 2 broken wires causing the issues. Repaired and tested and all working again 🥳 for a fraction of the cost!

Customer complained about lack of power and hesitation when accelerating, having been to other garages and a bunch of sensors already changed with no improvement!

We took on the challenge of getting to the bottom of it!

Our initial Diagnostics showed only 1 fault code for a intake system leak! So we pulled out the smoke and pressure testing machine and sure enough after a few seconds we started to see where all the issues where coming from! A melted intake manifold 😱 check the comments for photos!

New intake manifold and the car had all its power back and no hesitation anymore 🥳

Toyota aygo from this week!

Customer wanted some additional assistance when parking so got in touch with us to see if it was possible to fit parking sensors to the vehicle!

Of course we didn't shy away and helped source and fit an Aftermarket parking sensor kit. Unfortunately there wasn't a OE retrofit kit available from the dealer.

A interesting one to start the week off!

Mini in for headlight issues! All lights worked but dash was like a Christmas tree with warnings that the bulbs were out.

We quickly identified the module at fault!

Customer supplied a 2nd hand unit from Ebay, unfortunately as with most new cars it's not just a simple case of plug and play! This required the new module to be coded to the vehicle to allow the lights to work again.

Coded and all faults gone so the vehicle can go back to the customer without worry!
