Well, we’re running slightly behind here at Rae’s MOT & Tyre Centre as we get everything ready for opening!

We’ll give everyone another update at the weekend to confirm whether we’ll be opening our doors on Tuesday 1st September — fingers crossed! 🤞

🚨 WE’RE HIRING – JOIN OUR TEAM! 🚨

With the opening of RAES MOT & TYRE CENTRE getting closer, we’re looking for 3 new members of staff to join our team!

We’re still on track to open our doors on 1st September 🔧🚗

👨‍🔧 2 x FULL-TIME MECHANICS

We’re looking for experienced mechanics to join us full-time. We need reliable, hardworking people who can work as part of a team and carry out a wide range of vehicle repairs and servicing.

👩‍💻 1 x FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST / FRONT OF HOUSE

We’re also looking for a friendly, organised and confident person to run our front of house.

The role will include:

• Welcoming and speaking with customers
• Answering phone calls and Facebook messages
• Booking customers and vehicles into the diary
• Ordering car parts from suppliers
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
• Taking payments and handling general paperwork
• Helping keep the day-to-day running of the garage organised

Previous experience in a garage or knowledge of car parts would be a big advantage, but isn’t essential for the right person.

🚗🏗️ Update from our new site! 🏗️🚗

Well things are going really well at our new site as we get ready for opening on the 1st of September! 🎉

There’s still lots to do, but we’re definitely moving in the right direction and it’s all starting to come together nicely. We can’t wait to open our doors and meet all of our new customers! 👋🔧
