🚨 If a vehicle number plate can be cloned, how else can we identify the vehicle?

A recent BBC Panorama report has highlighted the growing problem of illegal and cloned number plates, including so-called “ghost plates” designed to evade conventional ANPR cameras.

New camera trials on motorways in south-east England have reportedly detected thousands of illegal plates, with one test location recording more than 1,000 ghost plates a day.
