Been involved in an accident? According to Google and many sources, this is why you should opt to choose your own independent repairer, such as ourselves.
At PanelPride we work for you, not the insurance company. Our priority is to do our very best in returning your car back to it's former glory, not skimp on repairs to save a buck for someone else.
Insurance may not like it, but it's your right to say where your car gets repaired. In fault claim situations they may become difficult and say, "well if you choose your own repairer we won't lend you a courtesy car"
Don't worry about that, we have our own courtesy cars.
They may also say, " if you read the small print, by choosing your own repairer we will increase your excess "
This is not a given, but we have seen some crafty ones put this in their small print. Don't panic, talk to us, we can usually overcome this, so you don't loose out.
In non fault situations, none of the above apply if you choose your own repairer, the other party's insurance must provide you with a courtesy car, and you are not responsible for any excess.
