Sort through physical parts, identify type, organise, photograph and list on eBay.
__ Job Process In Detail __
This is the broad working process, from identifying physical parts through to listings, stock control, dispatch and occasional parts removal.
1. Identify Subaru Parts
To a high degree of accuracy, audit, research, identify & tag used Subaru parts.
2. Data Collection of Subaru Parts
Comprehensively photograph parts, and ID tags, to a high level of detail, so customers are 100% crystal clear as to what they are buying. Allocate to storage bin / rack accordingly.
3. eBay
Enter details into eBay
4. Monitor eBay Listings
We will also need this person to reply to queries, and disputes via eBay and other systems down the line.
5. Goods in & out
Monitor all goods in, and out, including parts being used internally, at the EKS JDM Workshop. Packaging light and heavy parts (long block ej25 engines), and organising transit. Updating the database throughout the process, to the highest regard.
6. Parts Removal Support
While there is enough existing stock to support the first 3 to 6 months, assisting with vehicle breaking and parts removal may also be required as the role develops.
