Workshop Catch-Up. A few of the Sacco-era cars currently moving through the workshop.
1️⃣ 348 Pearl Blue 1993 SL 500
One of ours. One-owner, 73k miles, and now being prepped for sale. A lovely original R129.
2️⃣ 366 Azurite Blue 1994 S 500 Coupé
A beautiful C140 in for engine diagnostics, electrical gremlins and servicing. Hesitation under load, so we’re working through the usual suspects.
3️⃣ 199 Blue Black 1994 SL 500
Another of our own cars. 126k miles, beautifully running LH-Jetronic M119, now into cosmetic fettling before sale.
4️⃣ 199 Blue Black 1994 SL 600
A gorgeous V12 sent from Switzerland for a long-standing ASR fault. Solved within a few hours, now into cosmetic work. One of the best maintained V12 R129s we’ve seen.
5️⃣ 199 Blue Black 1994 SL 500
A long-sat revival project with genuine pre-facelift AMG styling. Wiring is going back on and we’re hoping to have it running properly before handover.
6️⃣ 582 Imperial Red 1997 SL 500
Back with us after a couple of years for catalytic converter work, servicing, electrical jobs and cosmetic touch-ups.
7️⃣ 172 Anthracite Grey 1991 500 SL
A big multi-phase Irish car. Now running superbly, new soft top fitted, and just a few cosmetic jobs left.
8️⃣ 702 Smoke Silver 1991 300 SL-24
Another of ours. 87k miles, beautifully presenting and driving, now almost fully original again and nearly ready for sale.
9️⃣ 199 Blue Black 1994 SL 320
Sent from Ireland with a proper list: wiring renewal and assorted electrical gremlins.

Another Irish car. Early KE-Jetronic example, with hot running issues now under diagnosis.

A long-standing W140 revival. The M120 V12 is now purring smoothly, with oil leak and steering work next. King of the road.
1️⃣2️⃣ 366 Azurite Blue 1998 SL 60 AMG
Ultra-low mileage genuine AMG car. Now 30mm lower, roof fixed, and a little chassis fettling left before alignment.
Workshop bookings now being taken for late July and early August.
