MK3 RS Drop-in Forging ⚙️ ☑️

In the last 3 months we’ve now had 14 x MK3 RS in for either drop-in forging or full engine rebuilding.
LSPI is another contentious topic just like the block mod for the ST225, our drop-in forging that this customer booked in for replaces the standard pistons and conrods and gives you a fighting chance against this.

The last pictures are from a customers car currently with us, as you can see the conrod has made a bid for freedom in spectacular style, this customer has opted for a 2.0 block fully built engine along with our popular DD500 package.

We were proud to support at their meet and what a day it was!

An amazing turnout, awesome atmosphere with some serious cars on display and on the sprint & drift track 🚗🏁

It was great to have the team away from the hustle and bustle of the workshop’s and enjoy the other side of the scene — supporting events, catching up with customers, friends, and helping create a great atmosphere.

And of course, our very own Jamie on the decks bringing the tunes!

Remember when the compound charged RS made 935whp on its debut earlier this year, well now it’s 1025.5whp ‼️

We said it was still in development and last night we carried out the first upgrade planned and then bolted it to the Pro Hub dyno, now the bar has been seriously raised.

This RS has our basic forged bottom end on a stock RS Block, stock head gasket, stock head bolts, Devils stage 1 camshafts & ported cylinder head, 3.5” Devils exhaust.

Question is what’s next for this crazy build? All we can say is the bar will be raised even further 😈

Audi RS6 PCV Replacement ✅🔧

This fast wagon was in for a replacement PCV / oil separator box (common issue on these), after experiencing a rather deafening whistle when the engine was running.



As expected, very tidy inside and out ✨

Quite the daunting task of removing the bumper and putting the front end into service mode 🛠️

Once the inlet manifold is removed we can extract the old unit from where it sits in the hot V and replace it with a new unit 😁

Said whistling noise, many fingers in ears as it was pulled into the workshop 😬

It is with great sadness that we hear the news this morning of the passing of Connor Devine from Connor Devine

We had the pleasure of meeting Connor through Jamie Sonuga when we filmed a Fiesta race series with him, it was a pleasure to meet and race with him on the day.

Our thoughts are with Connor’s family, friends and everyone at Devine Autotech at this incredibly difficult time.

This Cossie powered 1961 Ford Anglia was in at HQ for a check over and investigate a few issues.

If Lee hasn’t already told you, this was one of his first builds 20 years ago in the early days of Devils 😂
Joking aside a true testament to the hard work and development Lee has put into making Devils what it is today 🙌🏼
(that’s enough bigging up the boss 😘😂)

After a good session on the dyno and a few new parts and adjustments this little Anglia left back where it should be 📈

We have some very cool stuff coming in soon for Syvecs installation and mapping 🚀 👀
