**New Policy Announcement**
Unfortunately due to the number of people not showing up for vehicle appointments, we have decided to implement a deposit policy for bookings. This will be in place from 1st March 2024.
We really, really did not want to have to do this, however, we work on appointments only. When you book, we allocate you a certain amount of time that day. By not showing up, that is time that we have lost, but more importantly, that another customer could have had instead.
So going forward, if you are a new customer or if you have not shown up to an appointment previously, we will ask for a ยฃ50 deposit to book/rebook.
This is going to be a blanket policy across everyone so please do not take it personally if we ask you for a deposit.
If you cannot make an appointment, we are more than happy to rebook you right up to the day before. Please just phone/text/Whatsapp/FB message and we can reschedule.
As a small business we really appreciate your understanding with this.
