This isn’t just any week sailing.

This is wild anchorages. Endless sunsets. Wh**ky worth dropping the hook for and Dolphins that race you home.

This is Scotland’s west coast….

If you want to know why we’re moving bearboating from Yorkshire’s canals to Scotland’s west coast.

This.

Dolphins alongside the boat. Wild water. Big skies. The kind of moments you can’t plan for.

The canals gave us our start, but this feels like where we and bearboating belong.

See you on the west coast of Scotland. 🐬⛵️

Our journey from canals to coastlines continues with some excitement!

Andy is now a qualified RYA sailing instructor and this weekend he is on board with a sailing school helping to run an RYA Competent Crew course.

As they left Cumbrae this morning, Belfast Coastguard issued a request for someone to assist a yacht that was drifting off the coast of Cumbrae with a rope around its prop.

A trained coxswain with the RNLI, Andy responded to the request and together with the training crew was able to bring the casualty vessel alongside and secure the yacht to a mooring buoy in the harbour.

You will be in safe hands with BearBOAT training!

Stay tuned for launch details!
