2012 focus 1.0 in for a wetbelt change, but had a P420 catb efficiency code. Live data showing oxygen sensors are ok, removed the post cat sensor, inspected the cat converter for signs of damage, all ok, smoke test revealed a leaking Camshaft cover.
Looks previously broken in 2 places from a service elsewhere. This will bring an efficiency code on. Also inspected the brake vacuum pump, all ok, but the valve in the end of it, broken. £6 part fix.

Cause ✅..... Camshaft Cover
Correction ✅.... Retest For Leaks.

New customer, Ben, wanted some decent fully adjustable rear camber and track arms for his stunning BMW M2..... To take to the Nürbergring for track days in Germany. So only high quality components produced by Suspension Secrets will do.
Also took the CDV (clutch delay valve) inside the clutch master cylinder, for a proper clutch feel and engagement l 👍

My customer complained of a lack of power from his Skoda Octavia. Thought I could smell something.... DPF pressure sensor caught fire, also melting the wiring loom connectors, and wiring. This could have been catastrophic. Thankfully, the fire proof cover contained it.... Further investigations found the dpf filter is blocked, also my customer said, that it has been Force Regenerated 3 times in the past week 🙄 and a cambelt kit replaced elsewhere last week in Newbury. For a start, the pipes for the pressure sensor were not even clipped back on.... Also the alternator belt tensioner, was not tightened. Absolutely unacceptable work!!! Pay cheap, pay twice. Further investigations required on Monday.
