The lovely team at Wood and Pickett asked us to reprise our partnership from back in the 60s and early 70s, and of course, we said, 'Yes!'

Working with these folks has been an absolute pleasure, as has working with their partner, Callum Designs, whose team has created the most wonderful classic Minis. Take a look at some of the wheels we've made, all hand stitched, engraved frames with the W&P logo, integrated spats and spoke holes that echo the hole shape in their uber-cool alloys.

Halcyon Cars set us the task of designing a steering wheel that would sit effortlessly in their wonderful "Highland Heather"; a stunning, all-electric remaster of a classic 1970s Rolls-Royce Corniche.

Handcrafted in Surrey, this £500k+ luxury restomod features an 800V, 500 hp EV system and we worked to a brilliant brief by Halcyon's design guru, Patrick McCallion, who encouraged us to try new finishes. We experimented with a guilloché pattern on polished spokes and an ebony-like finish on the wooden rim, both of which made their way onto the finished wheel. A brand new polished boss was designed to complement the car's premium finish and we even adapted the way we assembled the polished horn push so that it would operate silently, in time-honoured Rolls-Royce fashion.

Highland Heather was shown alongside some of the world's finest cars at the Salon Privé Sloane Street Concours, this year, and we are delighted that Halcyon chose Moto-Lita.

We were recently asked to create a custom design for a well-known TV presenter's Land Rover Series 1 that would offer a nod to the 'banjo spoke' wheels that graced these wonderful cars. The wrinkle was that it also needed to be something uniquely 'him'.

We created wheels with two different wood stains, one with brass rivets, one without and both were anodised in a black finish. We added twin spoke slots and engineered a recessed gold anodised cog, which rather gives the game away as to who this is for... 😎
