We had a call to investigate an issues with a car as it would not regen the DPF. Unfortunately we found the EGR was completely dead πŸ’€. Replaced the EGR and then had to get the car to regen and the car is back on the road working properly. Be aware tho the company that didn’t actually fix the car still charged them Β£450. The filter was not the problem so again I recommend getting a professional out to investigate issues.
