Been a while since I've posted! Been busy!

Here is a Ferrari F8 Spider, that I have finished up today. Customer ordered new wheels and tyre package, before I fitted them to the car, they were treated to a Gyeon Ceramic Coating. They look immense and totally transform the car! The car has previously been ceramic coated, so it was a case of checking it over after a wash and dry , and checking the coating and areas that need attention. All good.

However, I applied GTechniq ceramic coating sealant as a top.

The glass has now been coated in Fusso coat rain repellant, which should last upto a year, along with the wing mirrors.

The interior has been throughly cleaned, and all leather has been treated to Geist 0-3 year old leather protection system. Protects the new leather from dye transfer from jeans etc.

Carpets have been treated with 303's protectant . So if any spillages happened, it's just as case of wiping with a towel, as liquids will just sit of the surface and not soak in causing stains.

The engine bay has been treated, along with the front boot area, and all plastics and rubber with Koch Chemie Plastar.

Stunning example, for a regular customer, who trusts me to look after all of his vehicles.

Mr Customers lovely 2003 Defender 90 TD5. A lot of work has been done to this, and brought it up to date.

List Inc's

1.New steering column u/j link
2.New Terrafirma 30mm steering bars and track rod ends and steering box drop link ball joint kit.
3 New Axle seals all round
4. 4 new stub axles
5. New Steering Hub Swivels
6. Steering hub bearings
7. New Heavy Duty Super Gas Coil springs, Shocks, galvanised turrets, fitting kits all round in Yellow
8. New Anti-roll bars, drop links, and bushes in Yellow .
9. New front brake caliper pipes.
10. All brake backing plates and fitting kits replaced.
11. New Starter Motor.
12. New Garrett Turbo and Modified Oil Return pipe.
13. Exhaust Manifold webbing removed, cleaned and painted in high temp paint. Fitted modified Wurth studs and nuts
14. Fitted a rev counter, and wiring to ECU.
15. Secured seat runners.
16. Fitted a charge lead from battery to under bonnet to trickle charge when not used.
17. Replaced both front door check straps.
18. Fitted a Slickshift gearshift kit, for a more modern gear change.
19. Replaced Gearstick and high/low transfer case stick gear k***s to retro style.
20. Replaced both differential oils
21. Replaced Coolant temp sensor housing.
22. Replaced metal pipe from above housing to heater pipes.
23. Replaced engine coolant.
24. Fitted new Coolant expansion tank.
25. Fitted new Direnza 40mm wide wheel spacers, to give it a wider track and look way cooler!
26. Carried out a full service
27. Carried out a full valet.

So an enormous amount of work and the Landy drives a million times better according to my customer!

Next on the list, end of the summer, I am going to replace the chassis and bulkhead, to a proper galvanised one from Marsland. Also the axles will be shot blasted and painted, engine and gearbox will have some attention to any other leaks while it's all out. All brake lines replaced, few other niggles, Near enough a nut and bolt resto. Absolute pleasure working on this cracking example. Cheers 🍻

Fitted these awesome 22 inch Vossen rims to this brand new Porsche 911 Turbo S today, before and after pics shown, now it really stands out! gotta say a big thank you to Dale Mills for the help, and a shout out to Ryan Garland for the use of his Torque Wrench, the single nut locking nut is torqued to a massive 600nm. This car will next week or 2, have the full ceramic coating detailing job carried out, so watch out for that

A work of art that engine!. The Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate 6.0 V12 naturally aspirated engine producing 600hp. The sound of it, is glorious muscle car , I love maintaining this epic car, an absolute pleasure 🤗

Project Defender TD5 on the go! , fitted a Slickshift kit to the gearbox, to make the feel of gear changes more modern, a steering shaft assembly, as the wheel had excessive play, 40mm wheel adaptors, make those rims bulge out, i wired a rev counter in from the ecu, with proper econoseal connectors, fitted some nice gear k***s, which are the old Series land rover look, bolted the seats in properly, as they were loose. Now we are moving forward with all new suspension uprated coil springs and dampers, front galvanised turrets and mounts, front axle swivel kits, as they are leaking and the swivels are scored and corroding, new wheel bearing kits all round, a new starter motor as that is intermittant, new coolant elbow for the top hose, heater pipe across above the exhaust manifold, door check straps, and a Full service. Also need to get new front brake disc backing plates, and prob some more goodies for it and a detail inc. A lot of work going into this cracking looking motor

I only use Mr Mustard Bradley Morton, owner of SMART AUTO-BODY, for vehicle paint, only guy i trust to paint vehicles, worked here for 3 days coming back in a few weeks time for more work 😀

Late posting of the finished Land Rover Defender Carpathian, now protected with Gyeon Matte on the Matte parts, and all of the piano black trims have been treated with Gyeon MOHS evo ceramic coatings. The wheels have been coated in Gyeon Rim Ceramic coating.
