📦 Coming Soon – Our New InPost Locker! 🎉

We’re delighted to have been chosen by InPost to host one of their parcel lockers after they experienced capacity issues in the local area.

The locker has now been installed and is expected to be operational within the next few weeks.

Once it’s live, you’ll be able to send, collect and return parcels 24/7, making it even more convenient for everyone in our local community.

We’re proud to be able to support this service and hope it helps make parcel deliveries and returns that little bit easier.

We’ll let you know as soon as it’s up and running!

🚗 Exciting Changes at Alford Autostation! 🚗

We’re pleased to announce that we’re starting to upgrade our courtesy car fleet!

We currently have 5 courtesy cars available to help keep our customers on the road while their own vehicles are with us. Over the coming months, we’ll be gradually replacing them with newer models to provide an even better experience.

Our courtesy cars are just one of the ways we aim to make having your vehicle serviced or repaired as convenient and stress-free as possible.

🚗 A Friendly Reminder to All Our Valued Customers 🚗

We always do our very best to help every customer who comes through our doors, and we truly appreciate your continued support.

If your vehicle unfortunately fails its MOT, we understand it's frustrating. However, the outcome of an MOT is based on legal safety standards and is completely outside of our control.

Please remember that when you book your vehicle in for an MOT, it is booked in for the test itself. If repairs are needed to get your vehicle back on the road, these require additional time, parts, and workshop availability. While we'll always try our best to accommodate repairs as quickly as possible, we can't guarantee they can be completed on the same day.

We kindly ask that everyone treats our team with the same respect they receive from us. Our staff are here to help, answer your questions, and get you safely back on the road. Hanging up the phone, shouting, or being rude to our team is never acceptable. We are all human, and a little kindness goes a long way.
