​Anyone who has stripped down a Peugeot 205 GTi rear end knows the story: the original factory bump stop cups have a notoriously short service life. Because of where they sit under the car, they are constantly bombarded by road grit, moisture, and salt, leaving them completely rusted out.

​We have the permanent fix. Our BBM Rear Bump Stop Cups are fully CNC-machined in-house from high-grade Stainless Steel. They are a direct replacement for the standard items, meaning you install them once and never have to worry about corrosion again.

Should I convert the Miami Blue 205 Gti to Mi16 Power ??
👍 = Yes
👎 = No

Background:
The Miami blue car is a std. spec original car. I developed lots of our current parts while rebuilding this car about 8 years ago.
Only, now it sits in storage and doesn't get used.

I have a fresh rebuilt 1.9 Mi16 Engine sat at work....

Will I be linged if I carry out this conversion on this car?

We designed and printed these 205 Gti AFM inlet pipes early last year.

I have had one on my 205 Gti for 18months and it's shown no distortion or wear.

Printed in PAHT-CF

They will be on the website next week.

I nearly broke this drill just looking at it. However, it survived making these choke parts for a customer 😅
