About the Role
You’ll be behind the wheel of a fully equipped recovery vehicle, helping drivers who’ve had a rough day—whether it’s a breakdown on the A3, a flat battery in the pouring rain, or an unfortunate encounter with a rogue bollard. Your job?
• Recover vehicles and passengers to safety after breakdowns or accidents.
• Brave literally all weather—sun, sleet, sideways rain—and keep your cool at the roadside.
• Work all kinds of hours (because cars don’t just break down 9 to 5).
• Keep customers calm and cared for—many will be stressed, cold, or just really embarrassed.
• Deliver friendly, professional help no matter what time it is—or what the clouds are doing.
We’ll also support you to learn basic roadside repairs and build your skills on the job. More training = more value = more money. Not bad, right?

Salary and Perks
You bring the licence, we bring the pay:
• B+E (up to 3.5t with trailer): £32,000 p.a
• C1 (up to 7.5t): £34,000 p.a
• C (rigid above 7.5t): £36,000 p.a
• C+E (artic): £38,000 p.a
• Total earnings: £32,000–£45,000+ with bonuses

The Shifts
This isn’t your standard 9–5 gig. Shifts rotate across:
• Early: 07:00–19:00
• Middle: 10:00–22:00
• Late: 14:00–02:00
You’ll work 5 days on, then 2 days off, with shift times rotating each week. Unsocial hours? Absolutely. But someone’s got to save the day at 1 a.m. in a storm—why not you?
