Office Administrator
We are looking for an experienced office Administrator to join us as soon as possible at Brownsburn Garage ltd.
We are fast paced garage and the successful candidate will need to be hard working, organised, reliable and confident working independently.
Ideally you will have
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an office administration role.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Reliable, punctual and professional at all times
- Confident working independently and using your own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary - negotiable depending on experience
