Looking for
Office Administrator / Invoicing Assistant
Who are we?
KS Commercials is a busy commercial vehicle repair & maintenance company based in Airdrie with contracts to maintain vehicles for a variety of local and national businesses.
Who are you?
An experienced administrator who is confident at dealing with customer queries and interacting with members of staff in a fast paced environment.
You will be confident at creating invoices and processing a variety of type of paperwork to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
Knowledge of MS Office is essential and experience using Iris invoicing systems would be preferred.( But not essential )
Main Tasks
• Carrying out invoicing
• Resolving any invoicing queries with the workshop manager
• Ensure that all technicians paperwork is complete accurately
• Liaise with parts companies
• Ensure that the day to day administrative work of the office is handled effectively and timeously
Knowledge & Experience
• Previous experience in an office environment
• Proficient at handling invoicing
• Experience with Iris Invoicing programme would be preferred but not essential
• Excellent customer service and general communication skills
Benefits
• Salary – Above minimum wage and negotiable based on experience
• 28 days holiday
