⚠️ Ford Transit 2.0 EcoBlue – Wet Belt Failure Strikes Again! ⚠️

Another 2.0 EcoBlue Ford Transit in with a problem caused by the dreaded wet timing belt.

In this case, the wet belt had begun to break down, contaminating the engine oil with belt debris. That debris has then made its way through the oil system and blocked the vacuum pump, resulting in vacuum pump failure.

Genuine Ford timing belt kit and cover supplied and fitted and genuine vacuum pump. Customers work vehicle back on the road earning its keeps.

💧 BMW X5 B58 – Water Pump Replacement 🔧

This 2021 BMW X5, fitted with BMW’s legendary B58 3.0L engine, came into us with a suspected coolant leak.

After confirming the source of the coolant leak, the faulty unit was removed and replaced with a genuine BMW revised water pump, supplied and fitted by ourselves. ✅

With modern cooling systems, even a small coolant leak is worth getting checked before it develops into a much bigger—and more expensive—problem.

Absolutely brilliant day at North-West Rally Legends with the team! 🏁

What an opportunity to be able to take a rally car through the grounds of Haigh Hall — definitely not something you get to do every day!

We hope we put on a good show for everyone who attended and enjoyed seeing the cars in action. A massive thank you to everyone involved in organising such a fantastic event.

Already looking forward to next year! 🚗💨🏁

Corsa that came in today due to a slight rattle 👀 It was recovered in to us sounding and running roughly. The timing chain needed replacing as the guide was half missing due to excessive wear! Removed the sump to get the bits out of the sump scavenger and took some pictures to highlight this issue. Same day turn around and another customer back on the road 🚘🙌🏽

If you hear any noises from your engine that you haven’t noticed before then be sure to get them checked out to avoid any damage to your vehicle!!
