Customer CARE in action

Late last Friday, one of our customers got in touch after a van had broken down. With their other vehicles already committed, they needed a replacement ready for Monday to keep their business moving

Caitlyn from our Customer CARE team, alongside Matt, our Fleet Compliance & Operations Manager, and Elaine, our Fleet Operations Executive, got to work finding a van and getting everything in place.

There was just one final piece of the puzzle: getting it to Tamworth

Over the weekend, Dot, another of our Fleet Operations Executives, personally delivered the van from Surrey, making sure it was with the customer and ready to go for Monday morning.

We've got another new face at Herd Group 👋

Customer Success

A customer was quoted £490.23 + VAT for an air conditioning condenser repair.

Before approving the work, our team reviewed the repair and challenged whether it should be covered under the manufacturer's goodwill policy.

The outcome?
☑️ £490.23 + VAT saved
☑️ No cost to the customer
