🚧 WEEKEND CIVILS WORKS – JOB COMPLETE! 🚧

Another busy weekend for one of our Civils teams, who have been working hard to complete the final stages of a client’s project while the site is closed.

Today saw the team undertake the final concrete pour, before clearing the site and wrapping up the project! 💪

Working weekends allows us to minimise disruption to our clients and keep their projects moving forward.

🚛 ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND FOR DRAIN TECHNOLOGY! 🚛

This weekend, one of our team was up in Newcastle undertaking specialist drainage works for a new client.

Thanks to our powerful SP Water Recycling Combination Units, equipped with sleeper cabs, we have the flexibility to follow our clients wherever their projects take us across the UK.

On this particular project, our client was extremely impressed with both the performance of our unit, which significantly outperformed other tankers on site, and the professionalism and expertise of our operator.

The result? Another very happy client and further works already secured! 👏

Even better, some of these upcoming projects will be taking place in Oxford, right on the doorstep of our head office!

It just goes to show that investing in the right equipment and, more importantly, the right people really does make the difference.

This tankers unique capabilities include:

⭕️ 7m Helicopter boom

🌊 POSEIDON IS TURNING HEADS! 🚛💨

Our new Super MAX Recycler, POSEIDON, is out this week undertaking its first highways night shifts for one of our clients.

Wherever this beast goes, people seem to stop, admire it and take pictures! 📸

We’re going to have to be careful, otherwise our operators will start thinking they’re celebrities! 🤣🤣

🛣️ A MOTORWAY UNIQUE SPECIAL WORKS PROJECT 🛣️

This week, one of our Super Water Recycling Tankers is working alongside a 4,000-gallon vacuum unit, CCTV survey van and remote access reel on a particularly challenging motorway drainage project.

The task involves cleaning and surveying approximately 400 metres of 300mm diameter pipework, with just one single access point at one end. To make the project even more challenging, sections of the pipeline are already significantly damaged.

To safely clean the full length without causing any further deterioration, our team had to develop a bespoke system capable of carrying four separate 100m lengths of jetting hose through the pipeline while carefully controlling the forces placed on the damaged pipe.

We won’t be giving away all of our secrets, but it’s fair to say a considerable amount of planning, calculation and technical input went into this one. We also worked closely with a specialist jetting manufacturer to ensure the correct pressures and flows were achieved across the full distance.

Now on day three, everything is progressing exactly as planned and the team remain on track to complete the project on time and without complication.

Projects like this demonstrate why having the right equipment, experienced people and the ability to engineer a solution can make all the difference when faced with something outside the ordinary.
