This Audi S3 came to us after visiting multiple local garages and receiving several incorrect diagnoses, costing the owner a significant amount of money without actually fixing the fault. 🚗

After carrying out our own in-depth diagnostic process, we got to the root cause of the issue quickly — incorrect camshaft timing. 👊

Once the timing was corrected and everything was set up as it should be, the engine was back running perfectly and performing as intended. 💪

Customer was told it would require another engine or atleast the cylinder head off. 👀

This is a great example of why proper diagnostics is so important.

Most importantly, the customer is absolutely over the moon to finally have their car back running correctly.

🚗💨 SEAT ATECA FR TSI — MISFIRE DIAGNOSIS

This Ateca FR came into us with an engine misfire, but this one wasn't quite as straightforward as it first appeared. 👀

After carrying out a thorough diagnostic investigation, we traced the issue back to a fuel injector with an intermittent electrical fault. 🔍🔧

The intermittent nature of the fault made it much more difficult to pinpoint, as the injector wasn't constantly showing the fault — making proper testing and diagnosis even more important.
Normally, we'd remove the injectors and have them professionally rebuilt & Nano cleaned, but with an electrical malfunction present, cleaning wasn't going to solve the problem.

➡️ Genuine injector supplied & fitted
➡️ Intermittent electrical fault resolved
➡️ Faults cleared
➡️ Final checks & testing completed
➡️ Misfire sorted ✅
Another one diagnosed properly and back running exactly how it should.

This Škoda Octavia vRS came in to Five54Four Automotive for some essential maintenance and we got it brought right up to standard.

✅ Full checks carried out to make sure everything was operating as it should.
