Just a quick one for all customers , if I book you car in please turn up or at least have the decency to phone and cancel your appointment as most of the time I'm a week or 2 in advance with work , not turn up 2 or 3 weeks later cause some other garage could get you in earlier and couldn't repair your problem and then tell you to come to me to fix your problem after not cancelling with me in the first place , as I will not then rebook your vehicle in , don't waste my time and I won't waste yours , I'll help anyone but mess me about find someone else to fix your vehicle , winge over and out
