Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additional non-returnable items:
Opened bottle of fue
l
A used mini bike or quad bike
obvious signs of use / broken due to user error
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
If your motorcycle meets the criteria the following procedures will be carried out. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two/three working days. Terms of Warranty
Due to its size and weight and nature of these machines these item are covered by a replacement parts warranty only, if your machine develops a fault within the warranty period of 14 days, you need to contact us and we will advise how to best rectify the problem and dispatch replacement parts to a your local certified motorcycle repair shop, without charge providing the faulty parts are covered by the warranty. Please note parts will only be covered if they are are diagnosed by a certified motorcycle repair shop and a diagnostic report is completed and returned to C.P Bikes, guidance will be available on technical issues. Any race bikes i.e water cooled mini motos are not covered under any warranty as these are competition bikes. These should only be purchased by people who are able to maintain them. Any bike/Quad to be returned within 14 days will be covered by C.P Bikes. Any bike returned after 14 days must be covered by the buyer. (Bike must not have been used) If the bike or Quad has been used we can not offer any refund. By purchasing a bike you agree to these terms
The Following parts are not covered by the warranty on this item. Drive Chains & Belts;
Fairings/ bodywork (unless damaged during delivery. Photos required within 24 hours of receipt)
Pull Starts or Inner Cogs;
Clutches or Clutch springs
Brake Cables, Disks Callipers and pads;
Exhaust Pipes;
Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes;
Spark Plugs;
Any other parts of a similar wear and tear nature to those listed above and any part that has been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse or lack of maintenance. All our 2 stroke engines require the fuel to be mixed with a 2 stroke engine oil. All of the above mentioned terms and conditions and warranty does not apply to used bikes and quads. Used off road motorcycles and quads do not have any warranty and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Deposits to secure your quad or motorcycle. By sending deposits to secure your quad or motorcycle you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. A minimum Deposit of £200 can be made to secure your motorcycle or quad for a maximum of 7 days. The remaining balance must be cleard on the agreed date. Deposits are non refundable and can not be refunded at any point throughout or after the 7 day period. failing to clear the outstanding amount will result in the motorcycle being re listed and the deposit being lost.
