Making best use of the less than 60p per litre E85, the 1969 mini clubman GT ( #13 off the production line!) enters for a bio-ethanol conversion. Inc headwork, all new fuel and lines setup, carb mods and new programmable ignition system.

Hey folks, just a quick reminder that the shop doors will be closed for all work, enquiries, tours etc for the remainder of this week, as the new poly floors are been laid which take a day to cure between coats . Cheers me dears! 😎

Late 60's J7 back in the shop.
This time for brake and clutch master cylinder repairs as well as the diesel injector pump top end rebuild.

On other news: Our bio-diesel plant aka the 'Bio-refinery' has undergone a bit of an American prohibition moonshine make-over :)

3 day turnaround of a '69 Peugeot J-Van.

Needing rear valance repair, grill panel repairs, sills fabricating, chassis outrigger repairs then completely stripping back and the whole chassis rustproofing, welding work on all 4 arches and a diesel system overhaul after limping into us!

Due to current availability and time restraints (needing to be out in 3 days on route to the bodyshop), all panels had to be fabricated in house.

Pics are before and after welded and etch primed panel repairs, prior to any filler work :)

The shop runabout / track car enters for its monthly upgrade.

Having already undergone an Alfa 147 JTDM engine swap and our own bio-fuel conversion, this month she gets a modified hybrid turbo and custom front mounted intercooler!

Mezzanine from the old industrial barn is now complete. Fab-Lab door furniture added from old hammer and chisel, and we even had time to knock up a critter from the old industrial barn nuts and rivet halves :).

Last push as all the custom metalwork is installed for the staircase and storage mezzanine.
The work on the office is started. Equipment arrives from the UK for the metal fab suite and once the workshop walls are fully pointed, the epoxy floor can finally be laid. :)

Glad to see you all on the other side!

After 4 months pretty much to the day that work stopped on the new workshop build, this week we slowly start building again! :)

With the sections of reinforced concrete floors going down well and a new main-gate fitted.
